As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards, specifically for our Swedish-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in Swedish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Classify and evaluate content accurately based on established moderation rules.
• Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate or non-compliant content to relevant teams.
• Provide insights and feedback on content trends to improve moderation practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation.

• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Strong communication skills to articulate moderation decisions clearly.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content management tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
