This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service and are eager to work in an international environment.

In this role, you will provide support and guidance to Spanish-speaking customers throughout their car rental experience, ensuring satisfaction and smooth processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with reservations, inquiries, and rental agreements via various communication channels.
• Manage the rental procedure including vehicle handover and returns with attention to detail.
• Explain rental terms and conditions clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain vehicle availability and service excellence.
• Keep up-to-date with promotions and fleet details to advise customers effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish language skills, both written and verbal; English proficiency considered an advantage.
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in rental or travel sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide friendly and effective support.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with computer systems and rental software is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
