You will be the first point of contact for players, addressing their inquiries and ensuring an outstanding gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality player support in Spanish through email communication.
- Assist players with game-related inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
- Resolve player concerns promptly to maintain player satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accurately document player interactions and feedback to help improve support processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay valuable player insights and feedback.
- Stay informed about game updates, features, and the broader gaming industry to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (both oral and written) are required.
- Prior experience in customer or player support roles is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with popular game titles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions.
