Your Role

As a Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, offering knowledgeable support via various communication channels. Your expertise will help customers maximize their experience with iRobot’s advanced robotic devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish regarding iRobot products, via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and technical cases.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and software updates to ensure accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
• Promote customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are beneficial.
• Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with robotics or technology products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with paid relocation support provided.
