Your Role

As a Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot technical issues, answer product-related inquiries, and guide customers through solutions via various communication channels. Your expertise and dedication will enhance the customer support experience and foster brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding iRobot products via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
• Offer clear instructions and product information to customers.
• Document interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on product developments, software updates, and company policies.

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with electronic or robotic products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
