Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Spanish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital platforms for Spanish-speaking users. Your work will help foster a secure and trustworthy online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to identify safety risks and policy violations.
• Investigate reported issues thoroughly and recommend appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce digital safety standards and protocols.
• Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends for internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging digital threats and best practices in online safety.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness and adherence to safety guidelines.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and users.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
