This role involves delivering high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and helpful information to Spanish-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to address customer concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in remote or international environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance.
