This role involves delivering high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are met with professionalism and care.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and helpful information to Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to address customer concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in remote or international environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance.
