Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering outstanding customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product-related inquiries, order issues, and provide detailed information about Imperial Brands' offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on Imperial Brands products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within FMCG or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
