Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading consumer electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, order status, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer support processes.
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
