This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking travelers, ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience. Paid relocation to Greece is provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat regarding bookings, flight information, and travel inquiries.
- Assist passengers with reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and queries promptly while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on airline policies, flight schedules, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support is included.
