This position offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative tech products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technology products, services, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, company offerings, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance customer support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly valued.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support within the technology sector is preferred.
