This position offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative tech products and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technology products, services, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends, company offerings, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance customer support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support within the technology sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
