Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish through phone, email, and chat for online banking clients.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, troubleshooting, and security-related questions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within CRM systems.
- Stay updated on online banking products, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Exceptional fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online banking platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
