Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and issues in Spanish regarding car products and services.
• Provide detailed information about vehicles, maintenance services, and warranties to customers.
• Assist customers with booking appointments, service requests, and resolving complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest company offerings and automotive industry trends.

• Exceptional fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
• A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector or related industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus.
