As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to company policies and community standards.
• Accurately classify and evaluate content according to established moderation guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams for resolution.
• Provide feedback on content trends and user engagement to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance content moderation processes.
• Stay informed about updates to company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation.

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous content moderation experience or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is a plus.
