As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with company policies and community standards for Spanish-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies.
• Identify and report any inappropriate or violating content to the relevant teams.
• Offer feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and team performance.
• Stay current with company policies and standards related to content moderation.

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions.
• Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is beneficial.
