Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and timely customer support in Spanish.

  • Resolve complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
  • Exceptional fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
