Your Role

As a Slovak Speaking Support Specialist, you will manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, delivering outstanding service and resolving issues promptly. Your communication skills and problem-solving capabilities will be key drivers in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues related to products or services.
• Document interactions clearly and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex cases.
• Stay updated on company policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
• Contribute to process improvements and team success initiatives.

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer support or relevant fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
