Your Role

As a Portuguese-speaking Customer Representative, you will:

• Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their questions and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Find effective solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Use company systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient support.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain high-quality service standards.

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
• Good English communication skills.

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided!
