This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Portuguese who are eager to provide outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on company policies, offerings, and industry developments.
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to adapt to a new work and cultural environment in Greece.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
