As a Customer Agent, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Address customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Stay updated on company policies, offerings, and industry developments.

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt to a new work and cultural environment in Greece.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
