As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and maintains a safe online environment for Polish-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Polish, ensuring compliance with community standards and policies.
• Accurately classify content and make decisions based on established moderation guidelines.
• Identify, document, and escalate inappropriate content or violations to relevant teams.
• Offer insights into content trends and user behavior to support continuous improvement in moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance moderation workflows and processes.
• Keep up-to-date with company policies and industry best practices in content moderation.

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• High attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply moderation policies.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey moderation actions and decisions.
• Capability to handle sensitive content professionally and ethically.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
