• Provide customer service and support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
• Respond effectively to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Develop expertise in our systems and processes to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is mandatory for effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Ready to relocate to Greece with full paid relocation support.
