This role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining safe and positive online communities. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in Norwegian, ensuring that it aligns with community standards and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Norwegian to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies.
  • Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to relevant teams promptly.
  • Provide feedback on content trends and contribute to improving moderation processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of content quality and safety.
  • Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation.
  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently and fairly.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly.
  • Professional handling of sensitive content with discretion and empathy.
  • Familiarity with content moderation tools and digital platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to its local culture and environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
