Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Norwegian Customer Support Consultant to work remotely from Greece, supporting customers in the home appliances sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support for their home appliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding home appliance products, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions for quality assurance and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to resolve product-related concerns.
- Stay updated with product information and company policies related to home appliances.
- Exceptional fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum of B2 in English is required.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the home appliances or electronics sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to home appliances.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service best practices.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
