As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in managing their rental needs, ensuring smooth and positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients by managing inquiries, bookings, and rental processes efficiently.
• Handle vehicle pick-up and return processes, including thorough vehicle inspections and documentation.
• Clearly explain rental agreements, policies, and any promotional offers to customers.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain vehicle availability and standards.
• Stay informed about fleet updates and company procedures to assist clients effectively.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or the car rental industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and rental management software.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment.
