Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat on cybersecurity products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Advise customers on best practices for cybersecurity and effective use of security technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and technical information using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges.
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and developments to provide up-to-date support.
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within cybersecurity or IT security.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and technologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms.
