Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support and solutions to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve customer issues.
- Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred.
