Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking proactive Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading messaging app in Greece. This role involves providing excellent customer service to Italian-speaking users, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and professional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding messaging app features, account issues, and technical support.
  • Resolve user problems efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide feedback and improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product updates, app functionalities, and company policies.
  • Contribute to team goals and continuous process improvements.
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or app industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new work environment.
