This role involves providing excellent customer service to Italian-speaking users, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and professional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding messaging app features, account issues, and technical support.
- Resolve user problems efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide feedback and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on product updates, app functionalities, and company policies.
- Contribute to team goals and continuous process improvements.
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or app industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
