Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services to ensure a positive and effective communication experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, complaints, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Provide feedback to management aimed at improving customer service and operational processes.
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
