Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team in Greece, supporting a leading consumer electronics company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring a positive experience with the company's range of electronics products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.
- Troubleshoot product issues, provide solutions, and guide customers in using products effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer problems efficiently.
- Stay updated on latest product releases, features, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the consumer electronics sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital customer support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technology and electronics.
