Your Role

As an Italian-speaking Client Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide professional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle client questions and requests with care and efficiency.
• Find suitable solutions and ensure a positive client experience.
• Use internal tools and systems to provide accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different countries to maintain high service standards.

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused approach and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a new environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous client support experience is an advantage, but not required.
