Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient back office gaming support to Italian-speaking customers via multiple communication channels.
- Liaise with technical and operational departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, processes, and resolutions.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of process optimizations to improve service quality.
- Stay informed about the latest gaming products, industry trends, and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance professional skills within the gaming sector.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support or back office roles, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software.
