Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive travel assistance to Hungarian-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle travel bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes efficiently to enhance client satisfaction.
• Offer customized advice and recommendations tailored to customer preferences and travel needs.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
