Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality email support to Hungarian-speaking players regarding Riot Games accounts and related inquiries.
• Assist players with account management, technical issues, and gameplay questions efficiently and professionally.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex player issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions to improve support processes.
• Stay informed about game updates, features, and community trends to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
• Ensure all player communications reflect empathy, professionalism, and a player-first mindset.

• Native or fluent proficiency in Hungarian (written and spoken) and strong English skills are required.
• Experience in customer support or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry.
• A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games titles is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and helpful responses.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
