You will be responsible for providing expert assistance to German-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable video streaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in German through phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to video streaming services.
• Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Stay updated on the latest video streaming products, features, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and enhance service quality.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments promptly.

Relocation support is provided to ensure a smooth transition to living and working in Greece.

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within video streaming or technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive customer-centric approach.
• Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting video streaming platforms.
• Experience using CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment in Greece.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with support provided.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
