Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, providing assistance across various customer inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on Imperial Brands’ products, policies, and relevant industry information.
- Offer feedback to management to enhance customer service quality and processes.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG or tobacco industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
