This role allows you to utilize your Dutch language skills in a flexible remote work environment, assisting customers with their accommodation booking needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation bookings through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about properties, prices, and Booking.com's policies.
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues professionally and promptly.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
