Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies to customers.
• Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Resolve inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and bookings using Booking.com's reservation system.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets while working remotely.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is beneficial.
• Previous experience in reservations or customer service, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable using online booking platforms, CRM systems, and remote communication tools.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work efficiently as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment in Greece.
