Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding Fitbit products.
• Assist customers with device setup, operational guidance, and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide clear instructions on Fitbit app functionalities and health tracking features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex problems.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is beneficial.
