As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, managing safety issues, and enforcing community guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and online interactions to identify and respond to violations of safety policies.
• Investigate safety incidents thoroughly, analyze evidence, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and improve policies that enhance digital trust and safety.
• Prepare reports on incidents and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital safety issues and implement best practices.
• Communicate effectively with users to educate them on safe online behavior and promote awareness.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems through data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions and resolve safety concerns.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential digital safety risks.
• Knowledge of online safety tools and social media platforms is advantageous.
