Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with accommodation bookings, modifications, and cancellations on the Booking.com platform.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information on travel destinations, properties, and tourism-related services to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, disputes, and complex booking issues in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner consistent with Booking.com's service standards.
• Liaise effectively with hotels, property managers, and tourism partners to facilitate seamless travel experiences for customers.
• Process refunds, payment queries, and special accommodation requests, ensuring complete accuracy and adherence to company policies.
