This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service in the telecom sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and issues related to Proximus services, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about telecom products, services, billing, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
