Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to the online payment platform, including account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting.
• Provide clear explanations and advice regarding platform features, compliance, and security protocols.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document client interactions accurately in CRM systems, maintaining detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting online payments.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer advisory roles, preferably within fintech or online payment platforms.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to understand and explain technical and financial concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and common office applications.
