Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat promptly and effectively.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
