Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support and solutions to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and facilitate effective solutions.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer solutions, support, or related roles is preferred.
