As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Czech to ensure it adheres to community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights and feedback on content trends and user interaction to improve moderation practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine moderation processes and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community standards.

• Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.

• Skill in handling sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
