• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within the CRM system.
• Cooperate with internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry developments, financial products, and relevant regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) and good command of English.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
